As with most Linet beds, Eleganza 2 also offers an Examination Position which puts the bed in a flat horizontal position with proper height adjustment to ensure maximum patient and nurse or carer comfort and convenience.

The Eleganza 2 examination position is used as the easiest way to transition to an ergonomic flatbed position from another position.

The examination position greatly looks out for both the patient and the carer since many nursing procedures are done in a horizontal position, with the bed adjusted to an appropriate height.

Commence the examination position by following the steps listed below:

1. Start by pressing the green GO button on the ACP - Accessory Control Panel.
2. Press and hold the examination position button found in the green middle area of the ACP. Pressing and holding the button until the bed is in its desired position. Note: The examination position button flattens the bed while also going to the highest position simultaneously. 
3. Access foot controls to achieve examination position, this allows the nurse or carer's hands to be free, with immediate control over the patient.
