How To | Eleganza 2 - CPR
Discover how to revive a person using Eleganza 2 CPR cardiopulmonary resuscitation mode and learn the techniques that healthcare workers use to ensure successful resuscitation.
CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an emergency procedure used to revive a person whose heart has stopped beating.
To make cardiopulmonary resuscitation easier, the Eleganza 2, among other Linet beds, offers a quick and easy-to-access CPR button and manual CPR handles to function immediately in seconds when needed.
Press the CPR button on the ACP - Accessory Control Panel. Electric CPR will flatten the bed, and while at its lowest position, this allows easier access to the patient for CPR, chest compressions can be performed effectively.
Locate the manual CPR handle underneath the Eleganza 2 backrest area. The manual CPR handle can be used quickly and smoothly putting the backrest down, ensuring one hand is supporting the backrest to prevent injuries. When using the manual CPR handle, set the bed to its lowest height after when the bed is in a flat position.
For more information on the Eleganza 2 - CPR position, both electric CPR and manual CPR are available through the video below.
