All Linet beds have a two-step side rail release mechanism which ensures patient safety and carer ease of use. The two-step mechanism for opening and lowering the Pura side rails is easy to use, allowing the patient to remain safe while in bed.

To open, lower, and release the side rails push the upper edge of the side rail towards the patient, then pull the release mechanism or handle located at the base of the bed frame. The soft drop mechanism is a feature that lowers the side rail slowly and smoothly, so as not to disturb the patient or cause any user injury.
