The Multicare X bed extension is electrical and adjusts from 0 - 220mm.

To start bed extension, press the Green Go button and press positioning on the LCD touchscreen display to get to the bed extension button.

The bed extension button should be pressed and held depending on the amount of extension required.

If needed, the bed extension button can also be found on the Accessory Control Panel (ACP).

In case the bed is extended and cardiac chair position is activated, Multicare X has a safety feature that automatically adjusts to ensure the bed is not damaged. Bed extension will get shorter without additional action or control.
