Lateral tilt can be utilised by the foot controls on either side of the bed, through the Eleganza 5 iBoard panel or the ACP Accessory Control Panel. 

With the ACP, press the green GO button then press the lateral tilt button to move the bed frame in small increments. This can be used to augment standard turning schedules or in lieu of standard turn for patients that may be too haemodynamic and stable for manual turning and repositioning. The carer can then move on with advanced adjustments which are tolerated until the patient has been able to tilt far enough to turn, assess, reposition, or perform a procedure.
