The Eleganza 3 assists with patient egress, with the help of the Patient Egress button which can be activated through the ACP or Accessory Control Panel.

Start by pressing the green GO button, then press and hold the patient egress button on the ACP to activate patient egress.

Along with the patient egress button, also use the built-in sit-to-stand device Mobi-Lift handle to help with patient mobility while in bed. 

The Mobi-Lift device helps patients participate in their own mobilisation along with the support of a carer, providing safe and secure patient egress with the Eleganza 3 system.

To engage the Mobi-Lift handle pull the handle away from the patient or towards the carer and lock in place to secure. 

The Mobi-Lift handles can be located on either side of the bed for easier access with the UP and DOWN arrows accessible to both the patient and the carer to adjust the height.
