Learn how to reset a CR1641 Handset
To reset the commode, simultaneously press the UP and DOWN arrow buttons and hold for 5 seconds.
If you replace, unplug, or make changes to any component of the electrical system, such as the actuator or control box, or if the emergency lowering is triggered, you'll need to reset the system. Do this by pressing and holding both the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously until both actuators are in their most retracted position.
