The CR1641 Electric Lift & Recline Mobile Shower Commode should be cleaned using a slightly damp cloth with a minimal amount of standard household cleaning agent or surgical spirit. Wet wipes with anti-bacterial solutions are also suitable.

Avoid the use of strong chemicals or abrasive agents.

The CR1641 can also undergo cleaning in a washing machine or tunnel. Every component of the chair, including its electrical parts, is approved for such cleaning methods.

When cleaning in a washing machine or tunnel, adhere to the standards of EN/ISO 60601-2-52. It's crucial for users to follow the correct washing procedures. Any deviation might jeopardize the chair's integrity.

Industrial high-pressure cleaning is strictly prohibited. It's recommended to position the actuators in their most retracted positions to prevent degreasing the piston rods.

It's important to note: If the CR1641 is shared among multiple users, it MUST be meticulously cleaned between uses to maintain hygiene.

The bedpan and its lid can undergo cleaning in a bedpan washer or as per relevant guidelines.

Please be aware: Repeated washing machine cleans may cause parts to discolor or wear more rapidly than usual.
