The TOM 2 has a lock out function that stops any and all unauthorised use and access to the bed.
The lock button allows for the disabling of the following on the mini ACP:
- Backrest adjustment
- Bed height
- Trendelenburg
- Reverse Trendelenburg
When disabling features and functions on the mini accessory control panel (ACP), a portable key is needed to activate the lock out function.
To lock/activate:
Press the green go button, touch the place on the ACP with the key, when the LED lights start flashing slowly, press the button of the function to be locked when the specific LED light starts flashing quickly, confirm the lock out by touching the same place on the ACP with the key again.
To unlock/deactivate:
Press the green go button, touch the place on the ACP with the key, when the LED lights start flashing quickly, press the button of the function to be unlocked when the specific LED light starts flashing slowly, confirm by touching the same place on the ACP with the key again.
