Access the general parametre settings of Multicare X by pressing the three-dot icon, then the general settings icon to access date, time, date format, time format, and language. Press the save icon when done making changes.

Check out the next settings page by pressing the arrow icon, access LCD (for automatic home screen return time or switch off), sleep mode display backlight, scales for units or discreet mode, and mattress settings for optimise mode - comfort adjustments.

The last page of the settings, shows the service menu settings. This is locked with a password and can only be accessible by authorised persons.
