The Eleganza 4  Autocontour Ergoframe feature works as a two-pivot point frame design that aims to reduce patient migration to the foot section of the bed. The ergoframe feature also improves pressure redistribution and envelopment by widening the sacral area when elevating the head and knee section at the same time.

To start the autocontour ergoframe repositioning feature, press the green GO button on the nursing control panel, then press and hold the autocontour button until the desired bed position is achieved.

The Eleganza 4 autocontour ergoframe feature raises the backrest and knees and simultaneously reduces sheer and friction forces for the patient's ultimate comfort. 

Patients when able, may also adjust bed positioning with the autocontour buttons located on either side rail or the patient handset.
