The following table provides troubleshooting solutions for issues encountered with the Gantry Hoist, specifically the Luna unit. Each row details a specific fault, its possible cause, and the recommended solution. For more detailed instructions on some solutions, refer to the mentioned sections.

| Luna does not react when the hand control UP/DOWN are used. (no “beep” sound from the Luna unit). | Luna is not on or emergency stop is activated. | Turn on the Luna. Deactivate emergency stop (see section 2.5). |
| Defective hand control. | Check up/down buttons on the Luna unit. If it works, try another hand control or get a new one from Crescent Healthcare. | |
