This article guides users on how to properly use the shower commode Emergency stop and how to lower according to needs.
Electric Lift and Recline Mobile Shower Commode is fitted with a digital control box using an OpenBus system. This eliminates any hazardous situations which could be created from a short-circuited wire or defect electrical component.
Electric Lift and Recline Mobile Shower Commode is produced in two versions:
- Without emergency stop and lowering.
- With emergency stop and lowering.
The red emergency stop is located next to the control box. Push to lock, turn to reset.
The black emergency lowering button can be used to lower the chair if e.g. the hand control or control box is defect. Press and hold to lower the chair. Release immediately when the actuator reaches its innermost position.
When the emergency stop is activated, Electric Lift and Recline Mobile Shower Commode cannot be charged. All functions including emergency lowering are disabled. The emergency lowering button is only to be used in case of an emergency. After use, the control box must be reset, refer to the user manual Section 5 - Check Warranty and Troubleshooting. |
