The Image 3 bed offers an in-bed passive leg raise that will allow assessment of fluid responsiveness, which is a non-invasive procedure performed in accordance with sepsis guidelines.
Caregivers/carers can start the bed in the vascular position.
Press and hold the Reverse Trendelenburg button until the patient is up to approximately 45 degrees.
Use the Trendelenburg button, press and hold to tilt, and achieve a horizontal position of the patient's torso.
Press the backrest down button to lower the patient's body.
With the examination position button, it is also possible to get the patient into a flat position. This is the easiest way to get the bed in a flat position.
