The Image 3 bed has a central brake to activate and deactivate the main brake safely and quickly.

    The brake has three positions:

    1. Stop - brakes are activated and it is not possible to move the bed in any direction.
    2. Neutral - all castors are unbraked and the bed is able to move freely in every direction
    3. Go - one of the castors, usually the front left is steering, or the fifth castor is activated. Note: It is not possible to move the bed sideways when in the go position.

IMPORTANT! To begin to transport the bed, remember to put all side rails up and go into a more ergonomic position according to the person who drives/pushes the bed.

The video below highlights the three brake positions for the Image 3 bed, watch for more information.
