The Eleganza 4 bed enables easy foot extension by simply pulling out the safety catches on both sides of the bed.

The knobs from either side of the bed can be turned 90 degrees to extend and enable the Eleganza 4 Foot Extension, giving the patient extra space to sleep comfortably.

When the footboard has been extended to the desired position, ensure the safety catches are turned 90 degrees on both sides to secure it in place.
