Learn how to safely and efficiently operate a hydraulic patient trolley or stretcher, from lowering and raising to tilting.
To operate the backrest.
- Squeeze the red lever under the outer end of the backrest and raise or lower. release the lever to
re-lock the backrest position.
To raise and lower the stretcher top.
- Pump down on the GREEN raise pedal on the stretcher base to raise the top. To lower, press both
RED pedals together.
To tilt the stretcher top.
- To tilt either the head or foot end of the stretcher top down, press one RED lower pedal as per the
direction on the stretcher base.
